We have been surveying for arsenic groundwater contamination in Bhojpur and Buxar districts of Bihar for the last 2 years. So Far we have analyzed 6500 hand tube-wells water samples from 133 villages of Bhojpur

People from 4 Villages (Purantola, Newtola, Dial Riketola and Badaltola) of Haldichhapara Gram-panchayet (GP), Maner block of Patna district are drinking highly arsenic contaminated water from their hand tube-wells. Immediately safe water is needed to save them.
So far we could visit 4 villages with our Medical team and found many people are suffering from arsenical skin lesions.
